Meet Alexandra Joy Wright!
The baby is born!
A few days before the due date (thank goodness), Alexandra Joy Wright was born. We went to the hospital Wednesday
night at about 11:30, and she was born the next morning (10/30/2003) at 11:19am. She is a beautiful baby, and is
doing very well.

A daughter, Alexandra Joy, born Oct. 30, 2003, at the North Austin Medical
Center in Austin, Texas, to Nolan Richard and Steffenie Joy (Baker) Wright
of Austin. Grandparents are Randy and Valerie Joy Baker of Longmont and
Richard and Marilyn Wright of Kennewick, Wash. Great-grandparents are Dolly
Baker of Longmont, Joy and Jed Steffensen of St. George, Utah, Dolores and
the late Harry Baker of Sun City, Ariz., Billy and LeaAnn Foxley of Moses
Lake, Wash., and Clara and the late Gene Wright of Kennewick.
Info about our Baby
- Her name is Alexandra Joy Wright. She is the 4th generation of girls in her family to have the name Joy.
- She was born on October 30, 2003 at 11:19am.
- She was 6lbs 11.2oz
- She was 21 inches long.
- She was born with blonde hair.
- Everyone says she has her fathers nose.
- Eventhough she is in the normal range for birth size, she looks very very tiny. So the name "Big Al" has been abandoned by her uncle.
- She will be blessed on December 7th, 2003.
- At her 2 week appointment she is 7lbs 9oz (50%), 21 and 1/4 inches long (97%) with a normal sized head.
- She had her 2 month appointment this week. She was 12lbs 8.8oz (94%), 24 inches long (97%), and a 75% sized head.
- She had her 4 month appointment on 4/11/2004. She was 15lbs 4.6oz (90%), 26.75 inches (above 97%), and a 75% sized head.
